When we have a tough day it can be very difficult to focus on the positives in our life. We seem to focus on everything that is going wrong in our lives. I hope that my top tips below can help you through the tough times and help you to look ahead to the even better days.
If something is bothering you, no matter what it is, speak to someone you trust.
Be the person you were yesterday, don't change for anyone. Be proud to be you!
Know that things haven't always been this way and more importantly they will NOT always be this way. Look back on the positives in your life; friends you've made, prizes you have won, your MANY achievements. Use them to help you look forward.
Write down 5 things that you are PROUD of in your life and screenshot them on your phone.
When we are having a tough time all we want is for someone to show us that we have a reason to be here, that in fact we have something to pat ourselves on the back over.
On these tough days, look back on those 5 things and remember how those moments made you feel, that sense of pride, purpose and potential. I promise that this will make you feel that little bit better, but not only that, it will help you gain that bit ofconfidenceandstrengthyou need to tell your loved ones that you need their support and that is more than OKAY!
